Pricing Update: Pricing Plan Tailored for Your Business

At callstats.io, we realize every customer is unique. That’s why we offer several distinct pricing plans, including a plan that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. In this blog, I review the features and benefits of each plan to help you determine which is best for your business.

50 000 user minutes on the Free Plan 

In the last year, more people are experimenting with WebRTC and real-time use-cases. Last year, we increased our Free plan to 20 000 user minutes each month. In July, we increased the limit to 50 000 user minutes each month! We are excited about what you build!

Flexible Pricing Plans for Diverse Use Cases

callstats.io pricing is intended to be simple, yet flexible. To that end, we offer three options:

  • Our Limited plan includes a fixed set of features and meets the needs of early products with good initial traction, less than 1M user minutes, typically around 1000 monthly active users.
  • Our Pro Plus plans includes a fixed set of features but with all new pre-priced volume packages for 1M, 2M, and 5M  user minutes. This should meets the needs of customers with moderately fast growing traffic volumes. 

All our new pro plus customers can start IFRAMing callstats dashboards into their own dashboards, the information on the dashboard can help your customers/end-users diagnose their issues by themselves. 

If WebRTC is fundamental to your business, the higher commitment usage plan or a custom enterprise plan is probably right for you. It meets the needs of companies that rely on WebRTC for business-critical functions and large-scale operations.

Examples include:

  • CPaaS, CCaaS and UCaaS providers
  • Event meeting, and video conferencing service providers
  • Apps building for the Healthcare or Education sector
  • Enterprises using WebRTC in contact centers, or other mission-critical internal or customer-facing applications

With the Enterprise plan, our sales professionals work with you to create a plan that meets your specific support requirements and traffic demands. You can get the features, support commitments and payment terms you need for your business. For contact center use cases, the Enterprise plan can include agent-based pricing with unlimited user-minutes.

Pro Plus Plan for Apps as they scale

The Pro Plus monthly subscription plan now has options for pre-packaged minutes, starting at 1 million user minutes/month and going up to 5 Million user minutes/month. Additional minutes are billed on a tiered (descending) price schedule, starting at .0024€/minute. In addition, the plan lets you monitor up to 500 simultaneous WebRTC sessions, supports up to 5 Applications (with several dashboards) and 10-20 members to log in to callstats.io.

We find the Pro Plus plan meets the needs of the vast majority of service providers at different growth levels.  If you find your business exceeding 10 million user minutes/month on a regular basis you may be able to save money by upgrading to the Enterprise plan.
