Available immediately, Frozen Mountain IceLink v3.2.5 incorporates an interface to the callstats.io SaaS monitoring solution. Frozen Mountain customers can add callstats.io centralized communications monitoring services to their web apps in just 15 minutes by following the simple steps below. Each application endpoint will be connected and monitored by the callstats.io service, enabling the customer to rapidly detect communications problems, diagnose the root cause, and deploy solutions.

Follow these steps to integrate:

  1. Create an account with callstats.io.
  2. Follow the integration steps and create an App ID and App Secret.
  3. Initialize the callstats.io object with the App ID and App Secret.

You are all set and your endpoints are now being monitored.

A comprehensive communications monitoring and analysis platform, callstats.io captures and analyzes up to 500 metrics every 10 seconds from each end-point in an active communications session, in real time.
