Conference Graphs: Initial update for large participant conferences

By callstats on April 19, 2021

In the past couple of weeks, we changed the way visualise data in the conference graphs, below is a summary list of changes:

1. Added a Go button

This means that the data does not start to load until a choice and selection  is made. This is super helpful when you have 10s of people on the call and know exactly what metrics you are looking for.

2. Slice and Dice conference graphs metrics

The ability to apply multiple follow filters (AND operation) and apply multiple selections within a follow category (OR operation). For example: you can run the following queries: Plot Throughput or bitrate for Lisa's outgoing video, which will filter the local-outbound (media direction) for Lisa's (user) video (media type).

3. The MST charts load server data

The page now shows server metrics. For example if the server sends bridge metrics: packet loss, end-to-end round trip time, server mutes, or selective forwarding events, these are now visualised in real-time!

There are many more upcoming changes. We will keep you posted.
