At, we realize every customer is unique. That’s why we offer two distinct pricing plans, including a plan that can be tailored to meet your specific requirements. In this blog, I review the features and benefits of each plan to help you determine which is best for your business.

Flexible Pricing Plans for Diverse Use Cases pricing is intended to be simple, yet flexible. To that end, we offer two options:

  • Our Pro Plus plan includes a fixed set of features and meets the needs of customers with moderate traffic volumes and support requirements.
  • Our Enterprise plan includes a fully customizable set of features and meets the needs of customers with higher traffic volumes and more rigorous support requirements.

Enterprise Plan for Large-Scale, Business-Critical WebRTC Applications

If WebRTC is fundamental to your business, the Enterprise plan is probably right for you. It meets the needs of companies that rely on WebRTC for business-critical functions and large-scale operations.

Examples include:

  • CPaaS, CCaaS and UCaaS providers
  • Web meeting and video conferencing service providers
  • Enterprises using WebRTC in contact centers, or other mission-critical internal or customer-facing applications

With the Enterprise plan, our sales professionals work with you to create a plan that meets your specific support requirements and traffic demands. You can get the features, support commitments and payment terms you need for your business. For contact center use cases, the Enterprise plan can include agent-based pricing with unlimited user-minutes.

Pro Plus Plan for Dev/Test, Pilot and Smaller-Scale WebRTC Deployments

The Pro Plus plan is intended for customers with more modest support requirements and traffic demands.

Examples include:

  • Companies developing and testing new WebRTC-based applications and services
  • Organizations piloting WebRTC projects
  • Businesses using WebRTC in nonessential internal or customer-facing applications
  • Small-scale providers of WebRTC-based services (e.g. CPaaS, CCaaS, UCaaS)

The Pro Plus plan monthly subscription fee includes 1 million user-mins/month. Additional minutes are billed on a tiered (descending) price schedule, starting at .0015€/minute. The Pro Plus plan lets you monitor up to 500 simultaneous WebRTC sessions, supports up to 3 applications and 5 named users; and includes email customer support.

We find the Pro Plus plan meets the needs of the vast majority of small-scale service providers as well as corporate customers using WebRTC for nonessential functions.  If you find your business exceeding 1 million user-mins/month on a regular basis you may be able to save money by upgrading to the Enterprise plan.
