In response to surging customer demand, today announced its solution is available through the AWS Marketplace, making it easier for any Amazon Connect customer to add our WebRTC monitoring services to their contact center. Customers can purchase our services using the same channel they use to buy Amazon Connect and other AWS services. This enables customers to streamline procurement processes and quickly activate services. 

Amazon Connect is a self-service, cloud-based contact center service offered by AWS. AWS Marketplace is an online software store that helps Amazon Connect customers find, buy, and immediately start using complementary software and services, including the Call Quality Management Solution for Amazon Connect.

Reflecting the rapid adoption of Amazon Connect by enterprises, we have received numerous requests to purchase our services through the AWS Marketplace. We’re delighted to respond with a turn-key integration that enables customers to select, activate and pay for our service from within the AWS Marketplace environment. 

We offer simple metered pricing that follows the same pay-as-you-go model offered by Amazon Connect. There are no required up-front payments, long-term commitments or minimum monthly fees when you purchase through AWS Marketplace. Customers can easily try our service for any length of time.

Our AWS Marketplace prices are based on two types of monitored data: Metrics collected during a WebRTC call; and events that are reported outside of a WebRTC call. Metrics are priced at $0.003 per minute and events are priced at $0.006 per event. For large-scale deployments, private contract pricing can also be administered through AWS Marketplace. The integration with the AWS marketplace reflects the rapid growth in our contact center business and expands our successful relationship with Amazon Connect. Since introducing our call quality management solution for Amazon Connect last year, we have secured enterprise customer wins in the banking, insurance and software and services industries. Earlier this year, we introduced the Amazon Connect Dialer Extensions, which lets Amazon Connect contact center agents manage call quality in real-time.
